Fabrika Facilitation School's objective is to prepare professionals in facilitation and to be a space where they can train a set of tools, techniques and skills with which to support team processes and increase their effectiveness.
We work with Vocational Training students on different traits of workers of the new culture that can help them to develop their professional career: emotional intelligence, relational skills, self-confidence, collaborative spirit, participation and teamwork. With the teaching staff, we develop different key aspects that they can transfer to their work and that act as an inspirational benchmark.
