We are the first international High Performance Center in Cultural Transition, to accompany organizations to extract the best use of their culture and make it more adaptive and innovative in order to provide a more effective response to the challenges they face

We have developed our own methodology based on science in Systems Theory to address how to transform the culture of organizations from a systemic vision with special attention to the most invisible aspects of the relationship between teams and people in the organization that affect to their management capacity.

At Fabrika we offer our programs to organizations that want to evolve their culture to increase their effectiveness, affectivity and adaptability in the long term; regardless of its size, sector, legal form or origin. In turn, developing the skills and relational capacities of all its people (ownership, management, intermediate managers and workers in general) to their maximum potential. And increasing the impact of the organization as an agent of social transformation.

We have a team of professional facilitators who are experts in group processes who reinforce the ability of a team to properly manage the flow of information and energy that runs through it and thus achieve its objectives. And with its own building specifically designed to generate contexts that maximize the impact of the transformative activities carried out there.

Our programs and workshops are aimed at companies and organizations, professionals who want to train, staff from educational centers, staff from public administrations, experts and business schools, even researchers or enthusiasts from society in general.
