Based on transparency, it combines industrial factory organization styles with more humanistic aspects, allows indoor-outdoor activities and evokes the world of rowing and trawlers.

The intensity and depth of the learning and change processes linked to cultural transformation requires having learning spaces specially designed to optimize such processes. The characteristics of the space, to the extent that they influence people's attention, interaction and practical experience, are determining factors in the quality and scope of a learning and change process.

In cultural transition processes, it is preferable to leave the usual work environment and train in a different place designed especially for this.
