New Culturers Capacitation

In this second phase, the team deepens and assimilates the knowledge acquired in Awareness, while training in the use of tools and the development of skills to advance towards facilitative and transformative leadership, the main exponent of the New Culture. The idea is that, after going through this program, the ED is prepared to carry the cultural transition to the entire organization, using its capacity for influence and its new knowledge and skills as amplifying elements.

Structure

Sesionss
Face to face work
  • 6 work sessions 5.5 hours with the management team in the room (33h).
  • Use of the Arraun diagnostic tool to measure the degree of development of the principles of the new culture.
  • Support with personalized coaching sessions or referral to complementary transformation programs for people who require it.
  • Evaluation meeting after finishing the work.
Face to face work
  • Use of the Fabrika Boga e-learning platform.
  • Documentation and reinforcing theoretical content to deepen the work developed.
  • Videos and inspiring audiovisual material between sessions to consolidate the concepts already worked on and prepare for new knowledge.
  • Observation and implementation exercises to internalize awareness and motivation in the workplace.
  • Communication to enrich the process, sharing and interacting with the coaches and the group.
