Change Management

Change is something that constantly occurs in every living system (person, team or organization). And unlike what we think, it is always the result of internal processes. The environment affects us with greater or lesser force, but it is not the cause of change. We can assume changes as something inevitable against which we can do nothing. Or we can design them and carry them out in a conscious and, in the case of groups, also a participatory way. A better knowledge of change processes in living systems helps to lose the fear of change and better management.

Goals
