Fabrika Facilitation School's objective is to prepare professionals in facilitation and to be a space where they can train a set of tools, techniques and skills with which to support team processes and increase their effectiveness.
We raise awareness among primary and secondary school teachers and pupils about the relevance of the new culture in a full working life connected to service. For this, we address values, social references, quality conversations, leadership, teamwork, recognition and trust through dynamics and activities that can also incorporate meditation, observation of the body and biodance.
